"So the house is no more than 50 yards from the beach. The beach is spectacular, more than a mile each way with only a handful of homes on it. We were alone on the beach every day. The house had a bunch of sitting areas with the third floor sporting the 3 main bedrooms. This is a great home as a gathering place for multi-generational gathering."
